Jessica Prowell, MD

Dr. Jessica Prowell is a licensed physician and a board certified psychiatrist with a specialty in child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Prowell specializes in evaluation and medication management of ADHD, anxiety, and depressive and mood disorders. Her practice focuses on patients ranging in age from 5 up to and including 17 years of age. Her philosophy includes treating each patient as an individual, and utilizing each patient's strengths and needs to develop an individualized treatment plan that includes the support of family and community services in addition to behavioral and medication interventions. Dr. Prowell is currently practicing at Athens Mental Health Group.
